Sending SMS to Serbia
When sending SMS to Serbia, you can benefit from our local Serbian route, which is significantly cheaper than the standard international route.
To use it, your sender ID needs to be whitelisted on our side first.


How to get set up
Send an email to support@smstools.com with the following four details:

  1. Sender ID — the sender name or number you want to use
  2. Company name — the name of your organization
  3. Content example — a sample of the message you'll be sending
  4. Traffic type — one of: OTP, marketing, or transactions/notifications

Yettel - 20 EUR
Telekom Srbija - free of charge
A1 - 20 EUR
Globaltel - free of charge


Monthly fees:

Yettel - 15 EUR
Telekom Srbija - 15 EUR
A1 - 15 EUR
Globaltel - free of charge


What happens next
Once we receive this information, we whitelist your sender ID and enable it on our local Serbian traffic route.
From then on, your messages to Serbia are delivered locally at a lower cost than international traffic.
