Our refund policy is:
Pre-paid credits and balance can be used by the Pre-Paid Client the day following the day the amount is received by Smstools.
Pre-paid credit is non-refundable and will expire twelve (12) months after the date on which the Pre-Paid Client purchased the prepaid balance.
