How to create a message template?
Go to 'Advanced' (1) in the menu on your right side and choose 'Message templates' (2)
Click on '+ Add message template'
Fill in the title of your template (1), Message content (2), personalize (3) if needed and Save (4)
Now you can go back to 'Send SMS' in the menu and choose your 'Message template'
