How to create a message template?

Go to 'Extra' in the menu on your left side and choose 'Message templates'

Click on 'Add'

Fill in the title of your template and Message content. You can also personalize your message template. Once everything is set up, make sure you click on 'save'. You will then see your template in the list.

Now you can go back to 'Send' in the menu and choose your 'Message template'
