We use these ranges:

194.42.75.192/26 : 194.42.75.192 - 194.42.75.255

195.81.120.192/26 : 195.81.120.192 - 195.81.120.255

Note:

To route all our outgoing traffic via our fixed ip ranges we need to setup an additional firewall rule.

Send us (support@smstools.com) an email with the URL of your webhooks and we can setup the routing rule.
