# Wat is jullie refund policy?

Onze refund policy is:

* Pre-paid tegoeden en saldo kunnen door de Pre-Paid Cliënt worden gebruikt op de dag dat het bedrag door Smstools is ontvangen.
* Pre-paid krediet is niet-restitueerbaar en vervalt twaalf (12) maanden na de datum waarop de Pre-Paid Cliënt het prepaid saldo heeft gekocht.
