# Montenegro Sender ID Registration

**Sending SMS to Montenegro**

Sending SMS to Montenegro requires your **Sender ID to be registered** first. Until it is registered, messages cannot be sent with your sender name.

**Important: local company required**
Montenegro has stricter requirements than most countries: registration is only possible for a **local Montenegrin company**. 
This is why a Montenegrin company address and a local VAT number (PIB) are needed. If you are not established in Montenegro, this registration is not available to you.

**How to register**
Send an email to [**support@smstools.com**](mailto:support@smstools.com) with the following details:

1. **Sender ID** — the sender name you want to use
2. **Company name**
3. **Company address in Montenegro**
4. **VAT number (PIB)**
5. **Company website**

Once we receive this information, we register and whitelist your sender ID for Montenegro.
