# Bosnia & Herzegovina Sender ID Registration

**Sending SMS to Bosnia and Herzegovina**

Sending SMS to Bosnia and Herzegovina (+387) requires a **Sender ID registration** first. 
Until your sender ID is registered, messages to +387 numbers will not be delivered.

Good to know:
* Registration is **free of charge**.
* Registration takes about **5 working days**.

**Local delivery (cheaper rates)**
Bosnia has three mobile networks (m:tel, Eronet, and BH Telecom), and traffic between them can carry extra cross-network charges. 
Local delivery — where your traffic is handled locally instead of as more expensive international traffic — is possible, but only if **both** of the following apply:

1. You are a **local Bosnian company**, and
2. You have completed the Sender ID registration.

When both conditions are met, your traffic is delivered locally. If you are not a local Bosnian company, standard international delivery applies.

**How to register**

2. Add your branding and complete all the required data (company legal name, address, ID/registration number, and the sender ID(s) you want to use).
3. Sign the document.
4. Send it back to us at [**support@smstools.com**](mailto:support@smstools.com).
5. 
Once we receive your completed form, we submit it for registration. After about 5 working days, sending to +387 will work with your registered sender ID(s).

**Please note**
Your sender ID(s) must follow the standard alphanumeric rules: maximum 11 characters, letters and numbers only, no special characters — and must match your organization.
